Communication is the key to success in any organization and we pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of communication with our parents and students. Charms is our current communication tool. Parents and students will need to login to the system and update their personal information. This includes email address and phone numbers.
- Navigate to the Charms Information System.
- On the top right, click on Enter/Login. Click on Parent/Students/Members. Enter the school code: atleeband
- Your initial login password is your student ID number. It is recommended changing the password after you first log in.
Areas of Importance
Update Info: Add all of your and your parent/guardian’s contact information, to include phone number, mailing address, and email address (it is vital that your email addresses are in Charms – this is how you receive Mr. Rozecki’s weekly emails). Note that you can add multiple adults to your account so no family member is left out!
Calendar: The Charms calendar is where Mr. Rozecki lists the dates and times for all band events. You are able to synchronize the Charms calendar to your smart phone (just follow the instructions on the Calendar page).
Finances: View your band fee payments, trip payments, fundraiser earnings, and student account (Student Miscellaneous Ledger). If you have questions about your account, email the Band Boosters.
Volunteer: View and sign up for the volunteer opportunities at band events.
If you are an alumni parent or student and wish to be included in band correspondence, please email Mr. Rozecki and he will include you in Charms! If you need the school code, have problems accessing the Charms system or have additional questions please feel to contact Mr. Rozecki.
